Gov Sule reappoints SUBEB chairman, three others

Nasarawa State House of Assembly, on Wednesday, received the re-nomination of Mohammed Musa Dan’Azumi, the Executive Chairman of the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) and three new members as Chairman and permanent members of the board.
Speaker of the Assembly, Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi announced this during the House proceedings in Lafia.
The speaker said,” We have received a letter from His Excellency, Gov. Abdullahi Sule nominating Mohammed Musa Dan’Azumi as Chairman of the State Universal Basic Education Board ( NSUBEB).
“The governor nominates Sameel Bariki as Permanent member 1 from Akwanga Local Government Area, Musa Sule Usman, permanent member 2, from Lafia Local Government Area and Joseph Kaura, permanent member 3, from Karu Local Government Area of the state respectively.
“I will direct the clerk of the House to communicate to the nominees to submit their CVs from now to Friday this week,” he said.
The speaker directed the nominees to come for their screenings and possible confirmations next week, Monday, March 15th, 2021.
