The four staff unions at Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo have locked out their Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Olanrewaju Fagboun​, and students as the university resumes today after the coronavirus break.

Health workers, under the aegis of Joint Health Sector Unions (JOHESU), have begun their planned strike. The action took effect at 12 a.m on Monday, following the alleged inability of the Federal Government to meet their demands.
